VP Marketing & Communications

We are looking for VP of Marketing to play a pivotal role defining and executing B2B marketing and communications strategy across the companies’ family of brands – 90min, 12up, DBLTAP and more.

As the VP of Marketing & Communication you will provide leadership in communicating our unique offering to the market and in doing so, will align with product, technology, content and the commercial teams. Reporting to the President, you will bring creative ideas that will have a significant impact on the industry’s perception of the company, which will play a pivotal role in driving the future of our business.


  • Develop and further existing marketing strategy, B2B client awareness, development and leverage product launches to drive consideration and ultimately revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal BI, product and engineering to gather critical consumer data and insights to help craft market strategy and connect such strategy to future product vision and roadmaps
  • Work closely with trade publications, industry events and local media, ensuring that the business is relevant and participatory in the places that matter most
  • Assess the competitive landscape per market to o understand and formulate our desired brand positioning
  • Work closely with sales and business development to establish quarterly marketing lead generation tactics and targets
  • Develop strategies for on-going client engagement including industry white papers,  social media management and on-going business updates
  • Prepare quarterly summary materials, updating the Board and the company on the B2B progress for the organization
  • If applicable, establish third party PR relationships and strategy to measure, evaluate and optimize our effectiveness and awareness
  • Ideation and execution of B2B and B2C events along with integrated campaigns targeting key consumer and advertiser audience segments
  • Work with cross functional teams to establish and manage marketing metrics and ROI analysisDefine and execute internal communication vehicles that will ensure Company employees understand our progress and align to our core company values
  • Manage, coach and build a high-performing marketing team across multiple markets and geos. Effectively manage this team in a climate of rapid growth, market volatility and technological change.


  • BA, BS or higher in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • 10+ years of proven, successful global inbound and outbound marketing demand generation, program creation, execution, measurement, analysis and reporting across channels, products and verticals
  • Relationships with key advertising and media trades, including specifically at the major trade publications in the US and UK
  • Experience growing a digital marketing team and international team through periods of hyper growthPrevious experience marketing web technology and/or cutting edge digital media platforms and solutions
  • Demonstrable success in creating, executing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across channels
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies
