User Acquisition and Media Buyer

We are looking for a talented User Acquisition and Media Buyer to join our marketing team in Tel Aviv.

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning, setting up and managing media buying campaigns across multiple channels, languages and geos, with a primary focus on Facebook.
  • Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing the performance of campaigns to identify trends and insights and increase ROI, improve performance and meet the companies objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create and build new campaigns.
  • Proactively seeking, identifying and evaluating innovative new opportunities for user acquisition growth, including new channels, platforms, partnerships and technologies.
  • Creating and distributing daily, weekly and monthly reports to measure results and provide actionable insights.
  • A/B testing ad strategies, copy and other elements to optimize the performance of campaigns and MM’s overall user acquisition strategy.
  • Performing analysis and making recommendations on how to improve results across all channels.

You must have:

  • 3+ years proven experience managing large scale campaigns on Facebook. Experience with Google, Bing, Display, Search and others a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of online marketing, media buying, and social media with a deep understand of performance and media buying metrics.
  • High-level experience with Google Analytics and other web reporting tools.
  • Very strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, mathematics, economics, business, statistics or another relevant field.
  • High level English a must. Additional languages a plus.
  • Link building, SEO, and affiliate marketing experience are big pluses.


You must be:

  • Data-oriented, with excellent number crunching skills and the ability to uncover insights and make recommendations based on data.
  •  A self-starter who can work independently and is capable of driving new initiatives and ideas end-to-end.
  • Cool under pressure and able to handle a high pressure and fast-moving workplace.
  •  Willing to go above and beyond week in, week out, which may include working non-traditional hours, nights, and weekends on occasion.
